Save the planet, kill yourself!
This very serious recommendation comes from Chris Korda, representative and activist of the “Church of Euthanasia”. She advocates the self-elimination of this being who, in the long term, risks – according to the person concerned – sowing discord on planet Earth: Man! A troublemaker like we (fortunately) find few! Basically, you are the problem, end your days. And to offer help for the suicidal “enlightened” ones... The troublemaker in question organizes demonstrations and numerous sit-ins among other provocations... – quickly dispersed by the police.
“You must not procreate” is the commandment of the COE (Church of Euthanasia). This site is a good example of the omnipresence of the “useless” on the Network. Another paradigm of the negative use of the Net. (cf. RDL No. 1912). In one of his editorials, Chris Korda sinks into a paranoid delirium. Inviting as kindly as possible, good people – if they have committed the unforgivable crime of having already had children – to do her the favor of stopping there. The planet is dying, she vociferates, it is not entirely false – let us even admit that it is the only truth of this scathing article and to propose solutions that are radical to say the least. “It’s no longer the time to have kids, go to school, buy a car, go on vacation or take pictures of buttocks... All that is over, it didn’t work,” she denounces seriously. And there was light! Chris Korda offers THE ultimate solution. The prophecy of the enlightened one is as follows: one of two things: either the population will do an about-face after becoming aware and taking a new approach to the problems of overpopulation. Or we will exterminate each other, as well as every other species of living form on this planet. So be it, Miss Korda! In the name of freedom of expression, some feverish people grant themselves the right to display the most immoderate opinions. I repeat myself, but let’s not squander this inestimable prerogative that the Internet offers us: freedom. Freedom is earned, whether it is applied to the media or to the individual, it must be handled responsibly. The idea (solving the problem of overpopulation) in itself, remains to be explored further, but Korda's approach is at the very least abrupt, even brutal. Is she a sick person in need of treatment or a born provocateur? A bit of both, no doubt. What is worrying is the seriousness that drives the madmen, all the more dangerous because they seem as lucid as they are convinced. This site reeks so much of extremism (urging people to commit suicide for reasons – the ultimate paradox – “humanitarian”), that one almost wants to send her the invitation again!
