Shocking song about September 11 on CD
BERLIN • The song I like to watch by house musician and suicide preacher Chris Korda is released on the German label Null Records. So far it can only be found on the internet. In the song, Korda reports on the sexual arousal he experiences when watching images of the attack on the WTC on September 11 last year. The accompanying video clip mixes images of the attack with those of hard porn and sports.
For the Lowlands festival, that was a reason to cancel a performance by Korda. Several labels to which Korda had offered I like to watch, did not want to release it. International Deejay Gigolo, the label that normally releases Korda’s music, also refused. The song will now be officially released on September 11.
